Welcome to the W8BAD Flat Rock, Michigan Echolink home page. The W8BAD node is VOIP to Radio node and can be connected to various other voip programs at any given time. DStar,Asterisk,IRLP and Echolink can all be connected at any given time.  This node is 70cm and 2m capable and frequency agile. Contact the node admin for local frequency and other DTMF information. There are 2 echolink nodes to connect to, w8bad-L and w8bad-R. These nodes are always connected somewhere. Please announce you callsign once connected. 

The system is currenlty operating on a Linux box running CentOS. The VOIP bridge providing Echolink Asterisk IRLP and Dstar is Rpt_Dir.  Special Thanks to Scott KI4LKF.
